Questions schools ask
Does GotThere track my child's location?
No. GotThere provides event-based arrival awareness. A reader at a school entrance records when a student's card passes through. It does not locate or continuously track students.
Does it replace our attendance system?
No. It works alongside the system you already use. We're building integrations with Genesis and other major student information platforms so attendance fills in automatically.
What do students need to do?
Nothing. The card stays in their backpack, and they walk through the door as usual.
What does setup involve?
We install readers at your school entrances, give each student their card, and help get parents signed up for notifications. Your team doesn't need to manage any hardware.
